‘Coaching isn't someone else giving you the answers - it's about a process by which you are probed and questioned into finding the answers for yourself. It's not easy. There are often deep-rooted issues that can be tough to face. I've grown enormously through my coaching experience and Philip has been great to work with’ Christine Allen, Executive Director, CIIR
